RESOURCEFULNESS: IAE has the resources and capability to provide Biodegradable sheet and eco-friendly cloth bags and zipper bags for the home furnishing industry. The material we use is non-toxic in nature and environment friendly.
CAPACITY: Manufacturing capacity, as per the daily basis, varies from product to product: (a) Wire frame bags (Comforter) 2,000 pieces; (b) Sealing Bags with buttons 10,000 pieces; (c)Zipper Bags (Quilt Size) 3,000 pieces.
MACHINE & MANPOWER: Five Production Lines; 100 Juki Sewing Machines; 30 High Frequency Heat Sealing Machines; 2 vinyl cutting formation machines. A work force of over 100 individuals including Quality Control Supervisors and Administrative Staff.
LOCATION: IAE manufacturing unit is conveniently located in the hub of industrial area of New Delhi adjacent to Karol Bagh, Naraina and Kirti Nagar.
